  2. Smoking not permitted in the unit - on the Balcony is allowed
  3. Pool and Spa Hours/Rules are clearly posted and must be observed
  4. Maximum occupancy is 6
  5. Saturday to Saturday Minimum Rentals Only
  6. Call/Email for quotes on stays beyond 30 days
